Aluminium Hydroxide (scientific name: ATH) is an ionic, inorganic, basic and insoluble in water salt which is manufactured by the Bayer process that involves dissolving bauxite in sodium hydroxide at temperatures up to 270 °C . Aluminium hydroxide is used as a filler powder, antacid and flame retardant.Generally Aluminium hydroxide depends on particle size and application consists of different grades.
