It is a two-step reactive extrusion process. Here we introduce the first step, injecting a silane-peroxide mixture into the melted polyethylene to get a grafted polyethylene. Achieving a high grafting rate depends on the highly distributed dispersion of the compounding system, precise temperature control, and residence time of the material in the extruder.<br \/>Silan cross-linkable PE cable is a chemically crosslinkable polyethylene compound which makes it possible to use in applications with higher temperature requirements that exceed the temperature stability of normal thermoplastic grades. Silane cross-linkable PE compounds have been well proven as the most cost-effective materials and are wildly applied for cable insulation up to 10 kV.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-inner-section elementor-element elementor-element-5f8ab35 elementor-section-boxed
